Tuition, Financial Aid and Scholarships
Tuition, Fees and Books
Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $11,700. Tuition payments can be made annually, semi-annually or monthly. Monthly tuition payments must be financed through a low-interest bank loan through our cooperating bank. All parents of registered students qualify and may turn in loan application forms with registration. A non-refundable fee of $400 is due at registration. Books are purchased new or used from MBSDirect for approximately $250-$750 yearly.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is available though our Tuition Assistance Program. Applicants must select St. Thomas as their first choice on the entrance test to be considered for Financial Aid. Contact the Business Office (713-864-6348, Ext. 113) and request a Financial Aid application or you may apply online by clicking here. Completed applications are due by Feb. 1, 2011. Information on where to send the completed application forms will be in the financial aid packet. Status letters will be sent at the end of March. This year 30% of the student body is receiving financial aid totaling about $1 million.
Applications for financial aid must be made each year. There is no automatic renewal of financial aid. Application forms for current students may be obtained from the Business Office or by making application online by clicking here. (Financial aid application deadline for current students is the same as for incoming students.)
