All transfer applicants are personally interviewed when their application file is completed. Although the time line for transfer students’ applications does not follow the same deadlines as for freshman applications, it is highly recommended that transfer applicants complete their files as soon as it is feasible. Spaces in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grade classes are usually filled by the beginning of May.

Transfer students’ grades from their previous schools are listed on their transcripts but are not used to calculate their rank in class or grade point average. Calculation begins with grades in courses taken at St. Thomas.
