Each session is designed to push limits and reduce injury risk, ensuring athletes return to their sport stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever.

Advice about Short Summer League: If you currently plan on playing (summer) select-travel ball or have Football Iron Eagle, let your coaches know there are 4-5 days in June that might interfere with those practices. This is a good chance for baseball players to show coaches what they already know. If your son had a long weekend and a lot of throws, he needs to communicate that to the coaches. Pitchers will be on a low pitch count 25-35 pitches and 1-2 innings max.

It will focus on building foundational strength, improving movement patterns, and enhancing sport-specific skills to help athletes excel on the football field. Through a combination of weight training, agility drills, and conditioning exercises, athletes will increase their overall physical fitness while learning proper techniques that will reduce the risk of injury.
Key Components:
• Strength Training: Emphasis on compound lifts (squats, bench press, deadlifts) to build total-body strength.
• Power Development: Olympic lifts and plyometric exercises to enhance explosiveness and speed.
• Agility & Conditioning: Speed drills, ladder drills, and sprints to improve quickness, change of direction, and stamina.
• Mobility & Flexibility: Dynamic stretching and recovery techniques to promote flexibility and prevent injury.
• Position-Specific Training: Focus on drills and exercises that translate directly to on-field performance based on position (linemen, backs, receivers, etc.).
Program Goals:
• Improve strength and power for better on-field performance.
• Develop injury-prevention habits and techniques.
• Increase speed, agility, and endurance for better game readiness.
• Build teamwork and mental toughness through consistent effort and progress.
