Enrollment Checklist

To accept our enrollment offer and complete the required contracts, please log into your Admissions Portal Account and follow the steps below.
• Log into your Admissions Portal Account at https://sths.schooladminonline.com
• Select “Continue Enrollment Process” to view your son’s Enrollment Checklist.

Verify and electronically sign your son’s intent to enroll at St. Thomas High School.

Verify and electronically sign your son’s Magnus health requirements.

Part 1: Review Contact Information & Contract

    1. Please check and update the contact information for both the student and the parent. Then review the student contract.
      Note: At the bottom of the contract page, you will see tuition, fees, and any scholarship or financial aid your son has received.

Part 2: Sign Agreement

    1. Review and electronically sign your son’s tuition agreement.

St. Thomas High School partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management to process tuition and fees, including recurring automatic payments. Step 4 of your Enrollment Checklist will direct you to enroll.blackbaud.school to submit your required payment.

Payment Required

  • $1,450 total, which includes:
  • $500 tuition deposit
    $700 registration fee
    $250 Camp Aquinas (Freshman Camp) deposit
    All deposits and fees are non-refundable.

After Payment

  • You will receive a Blackbaud Tuition Management confirmation page with a unique Family ID.
  • Save or print this confirmation page. You will need your Family ID to create your Blackbaud Tuition Management login for future tuition payments.

Freshman Camp Fee

  • $650 total, billed separately:
    $250 due at enrollment
    $200 due May 1
    $200 due June 1

Additional Notes

  • Scholarships and financial aid will be applied to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account by the end of May.
  • If you already have a son enrolled at St. Thomas High School, please complete re-enrollment for your current student first. Then email tuitionassist@sths.org to let us know your incoming freshman will be attending so he can be added to your account.

Choose the tuition payment plan that works best for your family:

  • 1 Payment: Pay the full year’s tuition on July 1
    2 Payments: Pay half on July 1 and half on December 1
    10 Payments: Pay monthly from July 1 through April 1

No payment plan option includes an additional charge.

Creating Your Blackbaud Tuition Management Login
Required After Enrollment

To create your Blackbaud Tuition Management login for regular tuition payments, you will need the confirmation page or email you received from enroll.blackbaud.school, which includes your Family ID.

Important

  • Please create your account by April 11.
  • This step is not required to complete enrollment, but it is required to make regular tuition payments, including the May 1 and June 1 Camp Aquinas installments.
  • Your account will also allow you to view any scholarships or financial aid.

How to Create Your Login

  1. Go to parent.blackbaud.school or scan the QR code.
  2. Select “I am a first-time user.”
  3. Use your Family ID, primary phone number, and primary email address from your confirmation page to create your login and password.

Please save your login information for future use.

Course Placement and Tests
All course placement testing will take place on April 11, 2026.
The 9th Grade Course Selection Sheet (located in the back pocket of this folder) must be completed and returned at Freshman Registration Night. Please review the information below before making course selections.

Math Placement Test (Required for All Incoming Freshmen)
All incoming freshmen must take the Math Placement Test.

All course placement testing will take place on April 11, 2026.

Math Placement Test (Required for All Incoming Freshmen)
All incoming freshmen must take the Math Placement Test.

Math placement is based on:
•Middle school math grades
•Entrance exam scores
•Math placement test results

Students will be placed in one of the following courses:
•Algebra I
•Advanced Algebra I
•Advanced Geometry
•Advanced Algebra II / Trigonometry
Note: If the Math Placement Test is not taken, the student will be placed in Algebra I.

Science Placement Test (Optional)
Placement is based on:
•Middle school science grades
•Entrance exam scores
•Science placement test results

Course options:
•Biology
•Advanced Biology
If no test is taken, the student will be placed in Biology.

World Language Placement Tests (Optional)
Languages offered: Spanish, French, Mandarin, Latin
Placement is based on:
•Middle school language grades
•Placement test results

Course options:
•Level I
•Level II
If no test is taken, the student will be placed in Level I of the selected language.

Extended Time Testing
Students eligible for extended time will follow a modified testing schedule on April 11, 2026.

To receive 50% additional time, families must submit:
•A psycho-educational evaluation or
•A current accommodation plan or 504 plan showing extended time is already provided

Extended Time Testing Schedule
•Math Placement: 8:00–10:15 a.m.
•Science Placement: 10:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
•Lunch (bring your own): 12:15–1:00 p.m.
•Language Placement: 1:00–2:30 p.m.

•Most freshmen are assigned a study hall each semester.
•Students enrolled in Debate, Choir, or String Ensemble are assigned a study hall for one semester only.
