The Eagle Flyer – August 2026
Dear Future Eagles,
Welcome to the very first issue of the 2026–2027 St. Thomas High School Eagle Flyer.
Whether your son is an 8th grader applying to St. Thomas this year or a 7th grader just starting his high school search, we created this newsletter to help your family stay informed throughout the admissions process.
Each month, we’ll send you updates from St. Thomas, including important deadlines, upcoming events, helpful tips for navigating the admissions process, and ways to visit campus.
There is a lot happening this month. Applications are now open, and you can begin scheduling your campus visits. If you’re ready to learn more, we’ve included links throughout this edition to help you get started.
Here’s what you can expect in your Eagle Flyer each month:

Important Dates & Deadlines
We’ll keep you informed about Admissions Application Deadlines, Financial Aid Application Deadlines, and other important dates your family should know.
Admissions Tips
We’ll provide helpful information to guide you and your son through the high school search and admissions process, along with resources from our Admissions Blog.
Ways to Visit and Connect
We’ll keep you up to date on campus tours, Eagle Shadow Visits, admissions events, and other opportunities to experience St. Thomas.
One Thing to Do This Month
More importantly, we know your plate is full. So each month, we’ll highlight one simple next step for your family.
For August:
- 8th grade families: Schedule a campus tour or Eagle Shadow Visit or start your application.
- 7th grade families: Register for a fall event or campus tour.
We look forward to meeting you and your family this year. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the Admissions Office. We’re here to guide you and your son every step of the way.
Sincerely,
The St. Thomas Admissions Team
